[Payment status] How do I know if my payment is successful? (ENG)

If your payment has been successfully processed, you should receive a notification via Shopee App.

 

Checking notifications

Go to the Notifications tab > Order Updates and look for a notification titled Payment Confirmed.

To get notifications automatically, adjust your Notification settings.

 

You should receive the notification soon after payment with automatic payment methods (including Gcash). However, do note that if you pay via Over-the-Counter (OTC) or Payment Center/e-Wallet (except GCash), the verification process may take up to 24 hours upon payment.

Once payment has been made, kindly wait within 24 hours for payment confirmation via App Notification, and/or email notification.

If you do not receive a notification after 24 hours on whether your payment was successful, you can contact Dragonpay Customer Support at:
